Your selected settings are applied during installation. Mods must support the selected game and loader version.

PC / Steam only. Vanilla has no plugins; choose Oxide or Carbon for compatible server plugins.

Map seed (optional)

A blank seed generates one when your server is created. Restarts keep it. Changing the map size or seed creates a different world; back up before changing either.

Rust has no standard join password. A private server needs a whitelist plugin or Carbon's whitelist module, configured after installation.
