Server setups
Choose a setup to explore its configuration.
Players need SCUM on Steam for Windows PC. SCUM is PC only. The server updates itself to the newest SCUM version whenever it starts, because players can only join a server on their own game version.
The server restarts itself every 6 hours by default to free memory. You can change the interval or turn the restarts off in the panel's Startup tab, where you also choose the play style (PVP or PVE).
A SCUM server needs about 10 GiB of memory before any player joins, which is why plans start at 12 GiB.
